Our two/three-year Analyst program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in Securities Finance, including Prime Brokerage and Equity Derivatives.
By the program’s conclusion, you will have developed fluency in the documentation and technical intricacies underpinning these critical areas of finance.
The Firm advises banks and hedge funds through separate Dealer and Funds Teams.

What qualifications are you looking for?
Successful candidates have a strong command of the English language and a commitment to engage with, and master, the technical aspects of our field.
Successful Analysts have graduated with degrees in a wide range of majors (e.g., Classics, Philosophy, Economics, Math, Chemistry, etc.). We have found that candidates who are also musicians or athletes have done well in our program.
What are you looking for in the exercise?
The exercise is designed to do two things:
First, the exercise gives candidates a preview of the kind of work that we do and allows them to decide if this is the kind of work that they want to do, ten hours a day, for the next three years. We are a highly specialized firm. This is the only type of work that we have.
Second, the exercise allows us to see candidates’ understanding of what constitutes professional work product. We are looking for candidates who share the same standards for professional work product that we have. We strongly suggest that candidates pay close attention to the instructions in the exercise.
