Harry Jho LLC’s two/three-year Analyst program trains corporate paralegals (titled Analysts) in securities finance documentation — including prime brokerage and equity derivatives — as a launching point for careers in law or finance.
The 2–3 year Analyst deal
You commit to the Firm for 2–3 years (minimum 24 months). In return, the Firm trains you and gives you the professional skills you need to launch a career in law or in finance. With over 100 years of combined experience among senior team members, Analysts collaborate directly with top-tier professionals in Securities Finance who have worked alongside leading market participants in the Hedge Fund industry.
Skills you leave with
By the program’s conclusion, Analysts develop fluency in the documentation and technical intricacies underpinning securities finance. The Firm’s training covers how securities finance and derivatives transactions work — and how to think, draft, and communicate — as reflected in alumni feedback already published on Join the Team.
