Prioritizing Orlando & Miami
The Firm is now hiring for the 2027 analyst class (expected start Spring/Summer 2027). Openings may vary by location. The Firm is currently prioritizing candidates interested in the Orlando and Miami offices. Note the office you are applying to when you submit materials.
Day-to-day work type
This is a corporate paralegal position with a heavy focus on technical contract drafting. The candidate exercise on the Analyst role page gives a preview of the kind of work Analysts do and helps candidates decide whether this is the kind of work they want to do, ten hours a day, for the next three years. Harry Jho LLC is a highly specialized firm — this is the only type of work that the Firm has. Candidates should expect to do this type of work 10+ hours a day, every day that they are with the Firm.
Compensation for Analysts is $25/hour with unlimited overtime. Commitment is a minimum of 24 months (the Join “Let’s Make a Deal” framing is a 2–3 year program).
